Do I need any technical experience?

No. Inner North OS is built inside Notion and your interactive tools are hosted in a web portal — no technical setup required. You receive access immediately after payment and can start with Module 1 straight away. If you're comfortable using everyday software, you'll have no trouble navigating the system.

How much time does this take each week?

Most founders spend one to two weeks implementing each module as they put the structure in place. Once established, the weekly operating rhythm takes around two hours total — typically one hour on Monday for planning and one hour on Friday for review. The interactive diagnostic tools take between three and fifteen minutes each. The time investment is front-loaded during setup, then becomes part of how you run the business.

Will this work for my type of service business?

Inner North OS is designed for service businesses roughly between $200K and $1M — consulting, coaching, agencies, professional services and similar models. If you deliver services to clients and you're in the messy middle, the operating structure and the diagnostic tools apply directly to your situation.

What if I fall behind or can't keep up with implementation?

You have lifetime access. There's no deadline or required pace. Many founders work through one module every one to two weeks, but you can move at whatever speed fits your situation. The infrastructure — and the tools — remain available whenever you're ready to implement the next layer.

What are the interactive tools and how do they work?

Each of the eight modules includes an interactive diagnostic tool — built specifically for that module's focus area. You enter your own numbers, scores or choices, and the tool generates personalised results: what's working, what isn't and where to focus. They're hosted in your Inner North portal and linked directly from within each Notion module. The tools are designed to make implementation concrete rather than abstract — you're not just reading a framework, you're applying it to your actual business.

Is there support or community included?

Inner North OS is designed for self-implementation inside your own business. You apply the structure directly to your work, at your pace, without dependency on calls or group programmes. Everything required to implement is contained within the eight modules, the operating rhythm and the interactive tools.

What happens after I pay?

You'll receive an email confirmation from Stripe immediately after payment. Shortly after, you'll receive a welcome email with your Notion workspace link and your Inner North portal login — giving you access to all eight modules and all eight interactive tools straight away.
